Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellations

All ticket sales are non-refundable.

However, tickets can be transferred to someone else if you notify us in advance (see
Point 2).

2. Ticket Name Changes (Ticket Swap)

If you are transferring your ticket to someone else, you must inform us by email at
least 72 hours before the event start time.

Please email: info@loyaute.nl with the following:

Original full name & event date

New attendee full name & event date

Ticket confirmation number

Ticket swaps requested less than 72 hours in advance may not be processed.

3. Venue Use & Personal Conduct

MM & Coffee (or Loyaute) is not responsible for your personal conduct, your
belongings, or any damage you may cause to the venue, fellow participants, or their
property.

You will be held fully liable for any damage or harm caused by your actions.

Our Archway location is a private space. It is not available for hire by third-party
organizations, and we do not accept external ticketed events in that location.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or booking a private event with MM & Coffee, you confirm that
you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Photography & Content Usage

By attending an MM & Coffee event, you acknowledge that photos and videos may be
taken during the event. These may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional
purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed, please let the team know upon arrival.

6. Late Arrivals

We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, we cannot guarantee that
full materials or activities will be available if you arrive more than 20 minutes after
the start time.
